Calling Branden or Erica?

What info do I need before I call them?

I called today. They were able to look me up. They tried to help me with my over the door awning that won't retract. Erika, as always was great. Put me in touch with carefree who emailed me owners manuel. Carefree not much help!

Don't know what your problem with door shade but min has not retracted twice. Both times resolved with hard off of 12VDC. Leave off a minute or so and reapply power. Worked both times for me.
Good luck.

A customer number (usually the 6 digit order number) will help them a lot. I have committed mine to memory.

I have found the above two statements to be true as well!

Is the serial number the same thing as the customer number? I have that number, the VIN number along with Branden and Erica's phone number all wrote on the back of my salesman business card that I keep in my wallet.

When I called once before I did not have the info I needed and I had to recall. This time I want to be ready.

Raymond, anytime I call I give them my 6 digit Newmar Serial Number. Mine is located on a sticker inside my kitchen cabinet. They will pull you up immediately and be ready to assist.

Hope it's nothing serious.

Tom

The serial number is all they needed.

My issue is with my TV lift. It has never worked correctly.

We can be watching the TV and then we hear something pop and down the TV will go. The service tech could only guess that the "brakes" to hold the TV up releases and the spring brings the TV down. I will need to get the sofa out again to see what I can find.
