I'll be arriving at CN either March 8th or 9th, the coach goes inside on the 10th for however long it takes to fix my punch list, do my custom work, and do some Spartan fixes also.
Anyone else going to be there at that time?
Will they do a PM at a reasonable price or would I be better off to find a Cummins service center to do it?

If you are PM'ing a Spartan supply-able part (filters, etc.) buy the parts by phone from Spartan and they will ship it to Camp Newmar in a day. Buy the needed fluids yourself before you go. That way, you will avoid the enormous Camp Newmar markup on those parts/fluids. Labor at the winter rate will beat any Cummins shop. So, do the PM's there.
Randy will take excellent care of your chassis needs at CN.

Well, it looks like the parking lot may be a bit empty when I arrive. I will be leaving in about 8 hours, I'm giving myself an extra day considering I don't know what the weather will do.
So, unclejohn, if you get there early enough Sunday and there is a decent place to eat, dinner's on me!

OK, whose smart idea was it to head to Nappanee this week???
Today was horrible, pouring rain all day but at least I beat the snow through Dallas. I'm stopped just South of Little Rock for the night, if the weather gets as bad as they were talking on the weather station I may be here most of tomorrow too.

Slow and sure wins the race...
Take care... It's warm and dry once INSIDE the Camp Newmar hangar!

I'm currently 30 miles south of Akron Ohio and will be back on the road south bound within the next 1/2 hour. (In SUV only, MH is in Florida)
Supposed to be 8" of the white stuff moving in by this afternoon or so. I'm getting out of Dodge just in time.
Hopefully you get to Camp Newmar before it gets bad.
Jeff, What are you doing up at 2 am, or are you still in Colorado, which would make that 12. Even 12 midnight, are you partying again?
Peter

It is now 3:22 CST and I'm stuck in Blytheville Arkansas in the middle of what, to my tropical self, is a blizzard.
It is so cold I'm afraid to put the jacks down for fear they'll freeze, and the MH is rocking pretty hard in the wind. It is snowing so heavily it's almost a white out.
What idiot decided I had to go to Nappanee this week???
Oh well, the good part is I have two days and less than 600 miles to go, plus the weather is supposed to be sunny tomorrow.

John,
Thanks for the invite for dinner. If I make it on time I will take you up on it. There is predicted to be 4 inches plus in Louisville Saturday, And I may have to stop south of there for the night. Please drive careful and have a safe trip and I will see you when I get there.

I got some of that weather this morning starting in southern Ohio and ending in southern Kentucky. Heavy snow at first made the hammer lane on I75 totally unsafe. Next the change of lattitde in Kentucky started to switch it to freezing rain. Now cars are spinning out and leaving the road. After the temperature changed it to rain only the next surprise was heavy fog in Tennessee. I hit Atlanta at 6 pm on Friday, don't do that, ever. It took ages to make it through. Anyway I drove 880 miles today before stopping at the Florida state line.
How's the weather at Camp Newmar and did everybody arrive as scheduled?
Peter
P.S. I'm in my SUV not my MH.

I just got here and set up, there are 7 coaches and a 5er here. It must be above freezing as the ice and snow is melting from my coach.
The parking area is nice and sloppy.
At least I made it and the driving is over, until I head home anyway. I never want to drive up North in winter again. What is it with the Chicago/North Indiana area? They have some of the worst roads I've ever seen and they want you to pay to drive on them? To make it worse I lost two high-hats today on these rough roads.
