Can I do it??

My ki8tchen slide won't go in all the way. The drivers side bottom corner sticks out 1 1/4"' All other slides go in all the way. Is there a DIY fix or should I take it in to a shop??
Thanks

Does just the one corner stick out or the whole slide?

bentjm, yes just the one corner sticks out. The other 2 slides all fit flush when closed. The other 3 corners on this slide fit fine.

I have never seen that - one corner out of whack by that much.

What specific coach do you have?

Simple question but are you sure there is nothing that has blocked itís path?

If you havenít, I would back it out a bit to get the pressure off that corner till you figure it out.

Try to reprogram the software to fix the problem. Google DSL100 and get the KIB programing. It seems relatively easy. May need someone to spot you.

The DSL100 is only used for the full-wall-slide. I believe the kitchen slide uses a KMG slide controller, which has no adjusting. My expectation would be that a bad misalignment on the kitchen slide retraction must be a mechanical issue.

Are you totally level? I have had it happen in a campsite before, pulled to a flat area, extended and then brought it back in. Slide went all the way in.

Check you manual slide locks and make sure the move freely, they can get corrosion inside the mechanism and freeze up. If they are not moving free, use some lube from the top of the slide lock mech.

It's actually DSC100. I was wrong - the kitchen slide is a dual- motor slide and does use a version of the DSC100, and is programmable and can be manually operated..

Here's the programing directions. I would check for anything in the was first.
I had to program mine after replacing a slide motor.
