Can't get to ride height

Light indicates "travel mode" but not at proper height. Tires will scrub on body if wheels turned. Tried driving back and forward but no joy. Also "all retract" tried. Help!

How long did you let the engine run to get the air up? It can take several minutes to get a fully deflated air system fully "aired up."

Did you manually dump the coach when you parked it? If so, the system gets confused. On mine, you have to deploy the jacks (Auto Level) (after manually dumping) and then Auto Store to get the system back operational.

After doing that, if still no go, release the brake and put it in gear and then back to neutral and brake on.

Try holding down the std height button while starting the engine. Continue holding it down until you get a green blinking light. Then give it time and go out to watch for ride height to come up. If needed shut down and try again. Good Luck

You may be in the dreaded "dead zone". Consider (with the engine off) raising the front of the coach a considerable amount (at least 1/2 way up the jacks once they touch the ground). Start the engine. Store the jacks. This allows the various switches to understand where they are. The front should come up to ride height.

Thanks for all your replies. Turns out ride height computers (2) had to be rebooted. Took Coachnet techs several hours on the phone with HWH and then Spartan to figure it out. Then crawled under the coach and found computers attached to frame. Rebooted and voila; up she went. Always something new to learn. Now at NIRVC in Lewisville. Will let them figure out all the HWH issues. At least I learned out how to kill the blaring "jacks down" siren and how to manually raise the jacks.
