Canyon Star Brochure Conflicts?

I finally got a 2015 CS brochure and have been reading it from one end to the other. I have seen several conflicting items in it. Below are two of them.

1) It shows on the construction & chassis specifications page that the roof has a R-Value of 24. There is an option for a "Polar Pak R19 Batten Insulation in Roof". Why would I choose the option when the standard has a higher R rating.

2) It shows (in the same area as above) 15M Penquin A/C units. In other areas it shows the A/C's to be 13.5M. What is correct?

As far as I know, the standard roof insulation in a CS is R16 and standard A/C size is 13.5.

These conflicts are largely due to these R values being a product of the marketing folks. It's impossible to achieve real world R values in these ranges given the total thickness of roof/wall/floor assemblies. The major manufacturers with very similar materials and assembly techniques will yield near identical effective R values. In motorhome construction, air infiltration and the big windshield are the big heat transfer issues.
