Canyon star extend full wall slide issue

We had some slide issues a month ago that were resolved by using the DSC100 slide module instructions to reset limits. Worked without issues on the extend and retract test after setting soft limits. Husband aired up tires yesterday and we extended the slide for the first time since we had adjusted. Stabilizer jacks were down when tires were filled and we found yesterday the slide did not extend fully in the bedroom area. Checked the Jacks and found the rear jack below bedroom is slightly off the concrete floor.

Question. Should we reset the Stabilizer jacks before bringing the slide back in or can we go ahead and attempt a retract?

Would like to resolve problem without damage to slide.
