Canyon Star floor plan

We have just been told that Newmar will not be making any more Canyon Star 3424 floor plans and would like to know what will replace them! DH will retire next year but we will not be a full timer but go on his 4 month trip to Alaska he has worked hard and long on. Just when we saw the smaller 3424 we knew it was what we were wanting and was going to add the nice residential fridge and stackable washer and dryer too. Now back to the drawing board or looking at ALL the websites again. BOO HOO He loves to travel and plot and plan all his trips and DW just goes along for the beautiful ride!

As a newbe to Class A motor homes we had no idea that it was common for the floor plans to be dropped so soon and wished we had learned this sooner. So it wasn't meant to be and maybe there is another one even better just waiting for us.

I feel your pain about the discontinued floor plans. We were very seriously thinking about buying a 2016 Dutch Star 4372 this fall. A perfect floor plan for our needs. Now it's back to looking again at other floor plans by a couple of manufacturers.
