Canyon Star from San Jose to NJ in 6 days

Hi all

I just got home this morning after driving my Canyon Star from San Jose to NJ in 6 days (3,664 miles) avg 65 mph. Over the whole ride all I had to do was put gas in the RV. I had 2 days of over 1,100 miles - yes I slept very little on those days (the first and last). The only issue I had with the RV was when I got home the bedroom slide would not open. I pulled, checked and place the fuses back and everything worked. So I am guessing it was a lose fuse. I will do a better summary once I start and then finish my xmas shopping. But it was a flawless ride on Newmars part.

Was this a test of the mh or your own endurance? Glad all went well.

You put new meaning to the phrase, the adventure is in the journey, not the destination!

What a shame you had to steam roll across our beautiful country...averaging 600 miles a day. :(

Amazing on the 1000 miles, I've done 600, but prefer 400-500.
Sounds like an interesting endurance test.
