Captain Chairs Wire Loom

We purchased a 2021 Newmar Essex in July and one of our discoveries was the cable to the seat swivel was not connected, so with further inspection found the release lever and got the seat to swivel. In doing so, I also discovered when the seats (yes both seats) were swiveled to face the living area the wire loom below the seat were stretched extremely tight (too tight). With that continued stress on the wires, it would only be a matter of time before problems may arise. So my point to this is, check your wire looms below the drivers and passenger seats. Solution is to rescuer them with zip ties and make sure they will not get caught in the seats slide mechanism.
This is not exclusive to Newmar, but any manufacture.

On my 2005 MADP. You have to spin both the seats clockwise.

This is my Seat Story. You need to cover the seat frame with some split loom tubing.
