It's been a few years now but I had lost an awning and replaced it with their motorized set up. It simply would not go in and out at anywhere near an appropriate speed. My dealer had no idea about "anything" so I called them direct and drove over to their plant the next day, about 20+ miles away. There were more than 20 people from the top down surrounding my coach. Several engineers discussed what the problem was. Many of the executives cruised the coach and asked questions about my options(curiosity questions) and spread compliments freely till no more could be said. lol They called the staff of their close by installer( a couple of blocks away) and brought them over to perform the engineers wishes. I was given a tour of the plant and shown what was in store in the near future. I've never had such service in my life. If they had a red carpet it would have been spread in front of my every step, I'm sure. lol
Anyway, it was great compared to what we see normally in this business.
