Cargo compartment liners?

Does anyone have low cost ideas for cargo compartment liners? I'd like to preserve the floors with something to protect it from spills and whatnot.

Carpet from Home Depot or Lowe's is what I'd look for.

buddy110-

I have interlocking foam squares in my house and would try them in my storage compartments. Here's a link to the product at Home Depot. I noticed other large retailers also have them now. They are easy to cut to shape and don't appear to absorb water, which should keep the smells at bay (pun intended).

HD carries other similar products, including the Trafficmaster squares in color, should that appeal to you.

Regarding liquid spills, I kept all liquid bottles/jugs in Rubbermaid containers.

Thin Luan plywood, cut to size, won't "scrunch up" when you slide heavy stuff in, and looks nice too!

Cheapest & easiest is heavy wall (250# B or C flute) corrugated-cardboard to the average layman. I went to our local corrugated mill & procured 4' X10' sheets- $3 for 6 sheets & cut them to fit. They hold up really well & can be changed as needed.

Try this, I bought 2 of them for the storage area and they work great. Cheap, & easy clean up.
