I don't know what brand Newmar uses, but Tiffin uses Triplevision. I replaced two of my converters with J-Tech brand and they were compatible. You can get a full set of a 4 way splitter and 4 converters for about $200 on Amazon. It's worth trying them with yours and if they don't work they are returnable.

Contact any NIRVC parts department and they can assist with the replacement adapters for you. Yes, you should be able to use an adapter but sometimes what we get from Amazon are not compatible. We have them in stock at the Nashville location for $44.

if you ever want to get a more stable HDMI system (and also be able to use true 4k picture quality) we replaced the factory HDMI distribution with this one.. much more stable sync between the source and the tv's... the factory HDMI is only good for 1080p and below..

I replied to you on another platform but for those that might be following and interested. I just installed this one from Amazon this morning and it works great.

Something like this I will do after we return from Alaska. On the road and just want it working. Agree the Newmar solution is junk. Thanks!

The OREI system will actually push 4K60 HDR to the TVs, which many of the Samsung TVs Newmar installs actually support. Just make sure to use the DIP switches on the OREI to manually specify instead of autonegotiation.
I think Gus might have linked the 1080p system. The 4K is here:
https://www.amazon.com/Extender-Spli...st_sto_dp&th=1
You might need to replace any couplers in the basement if you don't have a straight run to the bedroom and outdoor TVs. Newmar uses nice CAT6 cables and then uses terrible CAT5 couplers that don't meet spec on coupled runs. Replacing with a quality CAT6 shielded coupler will fix many issues, even on the stock system. The OREI will try to push up to 18Gbps (I think) if the cable and length permit.

Gus / Suburbazine,
These seem a little pricey but if they work good, probably worth it.
How much better is the picture?

Much better/smoother. The units Newmar installs are "best effort" 1080p30. After an hour of movie and getting them hot, your framerate will fall intermittently under 20fps, seen as rough motion or jitter.
As far as 4k vs 1080p, it depends on your source. A good 4k will be noticeable on the Samsung 7000 series screens, a bad 4k or heavily compressed video might be better off as 1080p. Within the confines of the coach you will be close enough to the screens to notice, the outside TV might not be obvious with further seating.
