There are a couple of posts about ceiling panels in the " Sticky " posts at the top of the Newmar Owners forums .
You have to down a ways to find them .

I have done ceiling panels on an 02. There is a procedure posted on Newmar's documentation library on their recommendations how. Newmar Parts doesn't overcharge for their panel replacements. I ended up building my own though.

Basics: remove trim / cabinets that hold up the panel.
Remove the trim inbetween panels. The plastic molding is "T" with teeth that grip the receptor glued to the roof rafters.

cut the outside edge of the panel just before the inside of the outside wall.

Pull the panel down. It is glued to the ceiling ribs (16" on center).

Mark any holes for fans / speakers / lights in carefully position and cut the new panel.

Glue the new panel back up with Sika Sikaflex 291. Put cripple sticks underneath the panel to floor to hold it up until glue dries overnight. I put some flat boards ontop of the cripple stick to protect the finish of the new panel. Two man job to raise the panel into place.

Put the T strip back in place inbetween the panels.
