Ceramic Coater

I have a 21 MA and I live 45 minutes south of Columbia SC. Looking for recommendations for a ceramic coater that isn't a day journey from me. There's a guy in the Spartanburg/Moore SC area but I know very little about him other than what he says, which he talks a good game. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Can’t help on location. I would offer some thoughts. Paint correction is absolutely necessary. Applying the ceramic indoors is absolutely necessary. A Quality job is 5k +. It’s a big job! Find some one that cares to do it correctly. Like all paint work the cost is in the prep not the product.

We are probably a little further than you'd like to drive in Huntsville Alabama, but if we can be of assistance, please let me know.

Hello- first let me say you live in a beautiful part of the country! I lived in Sumter,SC and miss it every day. My company, NIRVC, is changing the game when it comes to RV ownership, and one of our offerings is amazing work when it comes to ceramic coating, using Expel products for a premium finish, and, we are just under 200 miles from you in Lawrencevill, GA (Atlanta area). We would be happy to help any way we can! Please reach out with questions!

You are spot on!! Most of the work is in the prep. Let's be honest, factory paint jobs on RV's have opportunities, a little road travel, and chips and scratches are added to the complexity. The ceramic coating has a high gloss, putting a magnifying glass on the imperfections. NIRVC corrects all defects prior to applying the product. As you mention, this must be applied indoors to avoid contamination during the cure process. We use a dedicated bay to perform this.

This is a process that is unforgiving of shortcuts. The process takes time, and a job worth doing, is worth doing right!

What's the price for a 45 footer. It's a 2021 model and looks very good. I would expect ceramic would make it look great. What hardness & how much is your siO2% does your process give me?

Unfortunately, it would be difficult to quote a job like this without discussing some details, such as age and condition of your rig for example. Some pictures of the unit might help as well! We really need to understand how much paint correction is needed to ensure your rig is standing tall upon completion of the job. Please call me anytime and I’d be happy to go over it with you.

It's a 2021! I bought it through you guys Sept of last year. I've got 4500 miles on it and unless I've been camping, it's been stored in a covered building.

Let me ask this. What's NIRVC'S backlog looks like? Also, you never answered my question about the hardness of your process or your siO2%.

Good morning - Our current lead time for this in Atlanta is one week out to start. This product is pretty amazing, when first applied your hardness is a 2H, and after 72 hours of cure, it measures at a 9H.
