Cerbo Gx Location on Ventana

For those of you who have the Touch 50/70 display panel along with the Cerbo Gx included with your MultipPlus charger/inverter setup, where in the heck is the Cerbo GX device actually mounted in the coach? Specifically, on the 4369 floor plan.

I'm trying to locate the location of the Cerbo Gx so that I can add additional devices to the system, but cannot find it. I've looked high and low and still nothing. I have traced the Ethernet (Cat5e cable) from the MultiPlus in the cargo bay to the rear passenger side directly in front of the rear wheels, but it disappears into the floor directly under the mid half bath.

Any ideas as to it's location?

I would look in the ceiling of the bays between the frame rails. If you don’t see it there, contact your representative on your drivers window for more assistance.

Thanks for the tip. Ended up calling Newmar and had to go through 3 different reps to get any traction. Turns out they installed the Cerbo GX inside the control box above the driver behind the face board. Makes it easy to get to but the big challenge is running wires from the control box over the driver down to the cargo bays. My coach is already prepped for solar so installing a solar controller will be now problem since the wires are already run to the control box, however, connecting a battery monitor to the Cerbo GX will be fun.

I have a 2022 Dutch Star and can’t find my CerboGX. I’ll bet it’s where yours is.
My display does not read ‘battery %’. Does yours?

Mine also won’t connect to Bluetooth.

What battery voltage do you have your AGS set to start gen set.

It is most likely in the control cabinet above the driver.

My Cerbo GX did not initially display the battery percentage but after turning on the “battery monitor” setting in the VE Configure software it did display the battery percentage:

You really cannot do much with the Bluetooth connectivity. The Victron mobile app will connect with it via Bluetooth but then immediately throws it into the virtual monitor internet mode. If you have internet access on your coach, the best thing to do is connect the Cerbo to your network via WiFi and then Setup a virtual monitor account so that you can access the Cerbo from anywhere and configure it remotely with the VE Configure software. Using this approach, I’m able to download the configuration file, make changes and then re-upload it all from my home.,

I will look for the “battery monitor switch” next time I’m at the coach.
