It is most likely in the control cabinet above the driver.
My Cerbo GX did not initially display the battery percentage but after turning on the “battery monitor” setting in the VE Configure software it did display the battery percentage:
You really cannot do much with the Bluetooth connectivity. The Victron mobile app will connect with it via Bluetooth but then immediately throws it into the virtual monitor internet mode. If you have internet access on your coach, the best thing to do is connect the Cerbo to your network via WiFi and then Setup a virtual monitor account so that you can access the Cerbo from anywhere and configure it remotely with the VE Configure software. Using this approach, I’m able to download the configuration file, make changes and then re-upload it all from my home.,
