Changing to batwing antenna from satellite

Traveled outside the area for my satellite local channels, how do I inform the TV that I want OTA reception. This is on the Sony TVs that came in my 2015 4018 Dutch Star.
I turned on the antenna booster, the light came on, and raised the batwing antenna. I used the remote to change TV Input from Satellite to TV but I ended up with a blank screen showing only a little box that looks like a miniture TV in upper left corner of screen. There was a notation in the lower part of the screen saying "no signal" and a channel number in upper right corner showing 20.1. Other than that I'm lost.

Nothing works past that. Nothing I press on the remote makes any changes so now I know not what to do. Anyone switches a lot, or any, back and forth between satellite and OTA that might know what I do now?

You will need to scan for channels on the TV. Then you should get a picture if there are any OTA transmission towers in range.

This.

There are so many different TVs out there but there should be a menu option on the remote. From there you should be able to start the scan. If you have the option do an “auto scan” and let the TV search for over the air channels. Unless you are in a very remote area, you should come up with something.

I have an older Sony in the 5er, so I'm trying to remember.
On your remote press the button labeled MENU.
When the menu appears on the screen, use the Down arrow and scroll down to Channel icon. Press the Select button, and a dropdown will appear that gives options for a channel scan.

Remember to aim your antenna toward the direction of the transmitters in your area.
Here is a link to a transmitter locating tool. Enter your zip code.

You need to go into the menu and change from cable to antenna then scan for channels. Anytime you change from cable to antenna you have to change it in the menu section.

Once I do the input change from satellite to TV none of the buttons on the remote do anything. The menu button on the remote just lists Search,Recordings, Extras, and Settings & Help. But these are on the Input Satellite not TV.

In our older model (2001) Holiday Rambler we have the B.O.M.B., box of many buttons located in the cabinet next to the front TV that has to be switched for each TV for inputs, VCR/DVD, Antenna, Satellite or cable to that TV. Check around your main TV for a similar box or panel, your reciever for your satellite receiver may be in the same location.

That was what I had in my 2004 Itasca, but unfortunately with this 2015 I am having to frustratingly keep hassleing with all the newer technology some engineer must have kept his job by designing all this stuff that aggravates the customer.

Once I press the Input button and change from Satellite to TV nothing on the remote works after that.

Once I get to the menu button and click on Settings these show up:
Info & Test, Display, Audio, Internet Setup, Remote Control, Power Saving, Satellite, Whole-Home, Reset, Done.
Don't think any of these choices get me any place to change from Satellite to TV.

The frustrating part of all this is I'm sure sometime since I acquired this 2015 Dutch Star I did change from Satellite to TV for local channels with the batwing but I lost so much of my coach knowledge by not using it for over 2 years being isolated from Covid.
