Charging the engine start Batt while stored

2001 Mountain aire ISC 350 Spartan
If the house batteries are disconnected using the "store " switch over the dash on the passenger side, will only the starting Batt charge when the coach is plugged in or do the house Batts also charge as normal?
Thanks any info

To my understanding, if the coach is plugged in and the store button is activated, the coach batteries will charge but the starting batteries will not. If the store feature is not used, all batteries will be charged.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

To leave it plugged in is a problem because of distance to plug and need to plow snow between MH and house. Best if the cord is rolled up and in the garage until needed.
I have a cover on the MH and Batteries are hard to get to when the cover is rigged for heavy weather.
Also I have a slow drain on the house batts when they are not disconnected. Haven't found the drain yet. I have a test tap that lets me access the batts from outside easily.

Bird System will charge all, chassis & house batteries, when plugged into shore power and BCO is on.
Newmar 12v battery system.

A disconnect of power cord to plow snow will not hurt just replug after clearing.

My chassis batteries don't charge off the solar panel when in stored mode. Just the coach batteries. I charge up the chassis batteries (with separate charger) after being stored for several months to bring them up to 100%.
