Check your side marker lights

At Spartan for my annual service and as part of a routine inspection they told me my right marker (blinker) light (just behind steer tire) was out. I checked tonight and not only was that out, but both of my rears were out as well. That’s 3 out of 4. Sheesh.

Shame on me for not being more aware and checking.

Upon further inspection it appears as though either there was no silicone placed around the top of the fixture where it meets the fiberglass on the side of the coach or it wore off because the wires had corroded and come apart from the led circuit board itself.

A little research found them on etrailer for about 12 bucks a piece, plus 3.50 for the chrome surround piece. Should be an easy install with just two wires.

Thank you for the advice and alert! It's amazing how may people fail to make a walk-around of their vehicle each day, I've often been guilty myself.

There's a recall out for a failed power distribution board that causes failure of side and rear lights. You might want to investigate and see if your RV is part of that.
