City Water not working

Was wondering if anyone has seen a problem like I'm experiencing. Have a two month old Ventana 3436 that I've been weekend camping to check everything out. I've noticed that during first camping I had plenty of water flow and pressure from city water hook up. Over the next couple weekends noticed a reduction of flow/pressure. Attributed that to different parks although I do have a pressure regulator inline with the hose. This past weekend I got zero flow from city water but lots of flow/pressure from the oulet of the pressure regulator. Removed the inline whole house filter - clean and new and had flow to the filter, kept the filter out and still had no flow. Was able to fill the fresh water tank and worked fine through the weekend. Should be a simple problem like something blocking the plumbing pipes but think that would have prevented even pump flow. Anyone know if there is a backflow preventer inline with city water not associated with fresh water tank?

I'm going to assume you're set the valve correctly to accept city water. Basics of troubleshooting 101: 1) Is it plugged in. 2) Is it turned on.

Honestly, this trips me up once in a while until I figure out what I didn't do.

I'd make sure all the winterizing valves in the wet bay are set correctly. If you can fill the tank you've got water coming in.

Check the screen in the hose inlet and make sure the outside shower faucets are off.

I have a check valve in mine, so assume all the '14 's may have them? Start removing sections of plumbing starting with the filter area and you will determine where the blockage is.
