Code to open Wall Safe

Just now having a need to use my wall safe and can not find any paperwork to open the safe for the first time. Anyone out their that knows the combination to get in the safe and then how to change to customize the combination?

Use the key to gain entry the instructions are in the safe.

I would hope that no one knows your code for obvious reasons. Maybe Newmar does.

I was not aware I had a master key. I'll look for it.
I thought there was a generic code to open the safe for the first time and then you change to combo. Just like on the front entry door.
I learn something new every day. Thank you for the reply.

You can get a duplicate key from manufacturer with the number on the lock.

The key should be in the black Newmar box with all paperwork. There was a small bag with the paperwork for the safe in mine with the 2 keys inside.

PS- check the batteries when you get it open ... mine had 'leaked" and corroded the contacts.
