Considering selling 2020 Dutchstar

Curious what Newmar owners think a 4369 with 6,000 miles would sell for private party. Has 6 years left on Wholesale warranty exclusionary policy which may be offered as an incentive. The dealers are all over the place with what they would list it for via Consignment. The coach is in southern Arizona.

It really depends on how nicely equipped it is.

If it is fully loaded, with heated floors, Girard awnings, custom paint, custom tile, and includes the extended warranty, It should be listed at $389k, and expected to sell for $380-385k depending on how the inspection goes.

If this is a base model Dutchstar with minimum options selected, then listing should be around $369, with expected selling price to be $360-365, again, assuming the warranty is included.

Just wondering, why are you considering selling? I have been less the satisfied with my whole Newmar, RV life but realize it is mainly the times and crazy circumstances. I think I have found a service dealer that seems to want to help and take care of things, but man is it getting crowded and hard to find spots to stay at. I am trying to plan a couple of trips, using RV Trip Wizard and even booking months out, a lot of prime stops we like are booked up. BTW, my other half loves traveling in our Dutch Star and would have a fit if I sold it!! Happy Wife, Happy Life

We’re selling the Dutch Star because my wife was injured in a non vehicle accident. She is improving, but RV life doesn’t work for us anymore. Unfortunate, but nothing is forever.
The Coach has been great with very few squawks. It’s sad that some folks have suffered poor quality control.

You should be able to sell it for what you paid for it, minus the sales tax.
Thats proving it’s in excellent condition and you didn’t special order a color that is way off track.
Dutch Stars have held their value extremely well!
I sold a 2019 DS first part of September and end up $100.00 over what I had paid, 2 1/2 years earlier.

Freedom RV in Tucson will be handling the sale. Emptying the coach takes time so I would expect it to be available in a 7-10 days.
