Courtesy Light Switch issue

Hello all, first post here.
I have a 2000 Newmar Kountry Star. The courtesy lights do not work. I have tested the fuse panel and 12V are getting through the 15amp fuse. However all 3 wires on the switch show 0V. I am trying to determine which terminal on the switch is supposed to be the ground, which is the power source and which is sending power to the courtesy lights.

Here are 3 pics of the switch if that helps...

dome light switch

Try setting the knob on your headlight switch to turn on the dome light and see if you then have power to the courtesy light switch. It worked on mine.

I found the problem
There are two 7.5amp fuses for the courtesy lighting. One if the fuse box in the footwell and another in the main panel on the engine firewall. Who woulda thunk it?

The fuse blows each time I press the battery boost switch.
