Cracks in fiberglass

We own a 2013 Bay Star with less than 6000 miles, 2500 of which were just the delivery of the coach to California. Cracks have developed in the fiberglass on the front cap near the headlights. We are having trouble getting a body shop to do the repairs. Any suggestions or help? Newmar has indicated that they've had numerous issues of this type, but didn't recommend a solution.

I had cracks around the clearance lights at the top of the front cap and Newmar fixed them at the factory. I have to buff out some scratches that remain but the cracks appear to be repaired.

We live in California so a trip to the factory in Indiana is not reasonable. What guarantee do you have that these cracks will not reappear. The body shop here is telling us that they could repair the cracks, but cannot guarantee that they will not recur.
