Smile Customer Service

WOW! sent email to customer service yesterday and received phone call this morning answering my question! Question was regarding removing Precision Temp wooden register covers; so either glued or stapled. Staples are in vertical side of grill

That's nice to hear that Newmar WILL respond to emails. I sent them an email a month ago and they have not responded. In the past I have had to make a call after sending an email to get a response. Time will tell if I ever hear from them. Newmar is such a nice product but not happy with their customer response. I've seen this with other Newmar owners.

I've been getting responses to my e-mails. Earlier in the year, I would typically get a response the next day. Recently, the time has been taking longer, but those were inquiries during the summer months. My issues haven't been urgent, so e-mail has worked for me. Regardless, I've been getting responses to my e-mails via a return call.

I too sent and email with a Freightliner chassis question to Nemar.

The email was forwarded to the proper party at Newmar who said since it was a chassis question, I needed to contact FL. The email included all the info, including FL phone numbers I needed to call.

So I emailed FL with my question and received a phone call from FL with answers and solutions to my question.

This all happened within a 3 day period - and I sat on it for a day.

So - between Newmar and Freightliner, I am very pleased with customer service, and past CS with Newmar over the past year.
