Dash DC and USB power

Dash DC and USB power; We can’t get power there. Sent numerous emails and calls to Newmar for help, Someone finally responded. They had me check the fuses no issues there. I pulled the dash front piece out, there was no loose connection on the back of the two outlets. Newmar said it must be in the wiring and I’d have to get a dealer to check it. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Change the fuse for the cigarette type plug anyway. I had your exact symptoms. Changed the fuse and everything works now. I’m not at the coach but I believe it said 12V DC .

The house battery switch is inside the coach above the door. It is on and the light is lit. That’s the only battery switch I’m aware of except for the chassis battery switch which is located with the chassis batteries.
