Dash disassembly

Want to run some wiring & need to remove the black panel shown below. Removed the two screws under the rubber mat for the wireless charger but no joy. I assume it snaps onto the main dash but don't want to break anything. Any idea how to remove it?

maybe pull the drawer and look from underneath?

As RW is alluding to, try to accomplish your goal by coming in from underneath. Remove the drawers. You will then find that the drawers are housed in a black plastic box. Remove the screws holding in the box itself.
