Day late and dollar short
Just finishing up RV garage to keep the sparrows from roosting. Anyway after completing both fuel filters change out successfully, now nothing HWH works. I have hit the reset multiple times and also did the chassis battery reset.
When I try and open my generator slide I can here the click, also when operating door can hear the click from HWH steps and the same for auto level.
Birds have built a nest somewhere in front compartment!
How do I manually get the pump to come on from under coach? I can see solenoid valves but moving lever on them causes a click with no pump coming on.
Thanks David Beyer

Do you have good voltage reading on both sets of batteries?

Yes I have 13.4 volts on both batteries, HWH said to check 200 amp fuse. I got to tracing from chassis batteries but never found anything. In the morning I will trace from house batteries as I am not sure which batteries power HWH pump.
HWH was unsure and have contacted Newmar and waiting on a callback.

We have a 18 LA and Newmar put a switch in the above cabinet as a reset when ever a HWH unit doesn't work. The switch is so you don't have to pull the fuse which also does a reset.

13.4 volts , so you're on shore power .
I don't believe there would be a 200 amp fuse or circuit breaker , dedicated to the HWH system .
Does the gen set start ? The system circuit breaker ( 150 amp ) from the coach batteries , on my coach feeds the HWH, gen set starter and all Newmar installed items in the front half of the coach.
BTW: I can't understand why chassis and coach manufacturers decide these items ( fuses/circuit breakers etc ) have to be hidden.
The circuit breakers , both from Freightliner and Newmar , are on a plate attached to the passenger side frame rail , behind the dual wheels , only visible while laying on the ground , hidden behind the muffler.

What? Good lord. I feel I can now no longer ever complain one single bit about my fuse boxes and their accessibility.

I may be wrong but I believe the chassis batteries supply power to HWH. Also the 200 amp fuse I believe that HWH is talking about is in the house battery compartment. Mine is on the right side under a black cover. Hope this helps and good luck.

Yes I am plugged into shore power. Generator starts and runs fine as does main engine. With the clicking sound, I am starting to believe it is the continuous solenoid on the HWH pump.
Tommorow when the wife is off I will jump solenoid while she holds the switch to open generator compartment. Tired of laying on the ground looking up trying to work on something.
Also trying to determine what batteries are used for chassis. I have measured them and they seem to be group 27, having a hard time locating correct battery with screw down termination rings.

I’m pretty sure the chassis batteries are group 31 on a Spartan K3.
