Dead house batteries
Coach has been sitting for no more than 10 days , turned of house batteries after fully charged, today dead. Must still be a draw somewhere?

How old are your batteries? What year/model is your coach?

Hi jameshawk,
If you are where your profile says, cold is not the problem. Get the batteries fully charged and do a load test. Are you under warranty? If the batteries do not check out with a load test, It's back to the dealer for warranty replacement.
There is an intermediary step. After being fully charged and before the load test, put a meter on the batteries and see if they took a full charge. You will need to isolate the batteries from each other, sorry. But one needs to do this anyway to do the load test. I suggest this because if a battery has a short or open, the charger will think the battery is fully charged, but when checked out with a meter, the volts will not be there.
If the batteries are fully charged, the meter says the volts are there and the load test is good, they you are correct. Even with the coach in the store mode, there is a draw. With a 14 coach, consider putting the coach in store mode and see what still works. This will be painstakingly slow, but other than taking it back to the dealer, I know of no other way.

Questions ?
Is the house-switch ON?
Is the fridge on LP and uses 12VDC?
Is the inverter ON?
Siggy

Had a dealer install kill switches right at the house batteries, like the kill switch used to kill the coach batteries . The rig set for over a month with all batteries off, returned, switched the kills to on and all batteries were still full. Problem solved.

Did you ever check the LP Detector to see if its on off your house batteries?
Some of us have a LP kill switch in display area to kill the LP Detector during storage..
