Detail coach near Gulf Shores
Heading West in May and will be in the Gulf Shores AL area for a few days. Would like to get exterior of coach washed and waxed etc before we continue on but after leaving bugs in FL. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

I've asked a shop up here in Foley if he's able to squeeze in a wash or wash/wax. You might call Petersons RV in Gulf Shores (251) 943-1128 and see if he can do it, too.

Where will you be staying at? There are several different companies that come out to Lake Osprey RV Resort.

We are staying at Lake Osprey. Have only found Drake on line who says 12/ ft. The lady at Lake Osprey referred to RV & More which has no on line presence. Do you have any names in addition. Thanks.

It is storming here today, but I can check when it stops. I don't think any of them will have any on-line presence. The RV& More company is a new one that has been coming in. One company starts off at $8/ft for just a wash.

Thanks so much. Do you own a lot there? This will be our first visit. We are looking forward to it. As long as they use the right brushes and supplies I am sure they will be in improvement over me.

Yes, I own a lot there. I don't know anything about RV & More or what type brushes they use. I wash my own and use wool brushes.

The only contact info I could find at the office was RV & More.

Since you're at Lake Osprey, call Barber Marina and ask for names of detail people that do boats. One of them might be interested in doing your coach, and boat detailers do it right...especially if they work at Barbers.
P.S. go visit Barbers, it is quite the marina, and those $4,000 hand-carved crab chairs are worth sitting it

They are carved out of a single piece of tree; nothing to break or come loose.
