Directv Trav'ler Dish not working right

Picked up my coach 2 weeks ago at the factory and the 1st night in it my direct tv receiver would not communicate with the Trav'ler dish, so the next day the techs took it in the shop and got a few channels to work after some tests and calls to Winegard. That night it seems to be working ok so we left the next day but for the whole 2500 mile trip home we weren't getting all the channels and the signal meter was on the low side 60 and 70 readings. When we got home I called Winegard for some guidance and after some testing they thought it was a bent feeder arm, so I bought one and installed it and it's still the same, so now they think it's the reflector dish. ordered one and waiting to get it next week. Hopefully that will do it. I have not contacted Newmar yet about reimbursing me for the parts I bought. It is under warranty, but they know there was a problem with it from the beginning so I hope they will not give me a hard time. I will see how it goes when and if I get this dish working right.
