Dish OTA for Wally
For those of you using the Dish Network OTA Adapter for the Wally Receiver, how do you have it cabled? Did you split the coax near the TV and run one coax to the TV and another to the OTA adapter?
Anyone ask for a special to additional coax to the adapter directly along with directly to the TV's? For example one coax to front A/V cabinet receiver and one to the rear A/V cabinet receiver.
Regards,
Bill

We ordered a coax run from the OTA amplifier to the A/V cabinet as a special. This configuration should allow OTA channels to be integrated into the Wally guide and recorded (with added ext hard drive) at the same time as satellite channels. We have added the external hard drive for DVR functionality but have yet to buy the OTA adapter.

Thanks. That exactly what I was thinking of asking for as a special so it is good to know it can be done.
Regards,
Bill
