it would all depend on available space when all the living room slides are in. The televator in our Essex is about 10" deep. We actually had to ask Newmar to move the DS Sofa back against the slide wall. This gained us about 2 inches when the slides were in. This actually made moving around the MH with the slides in much easier. In our case, "Inches Matter!"

When I asked Newmar to add it behind the PS couch on our 2008 they said it would be about $3K. Sounds like a lot but when you add the cost of a new TV, the mechanism, the woodwork, and the rewiring of electric and cable, it's not too bad. But, we still didn't do it, maybe next coach.

Call Newmar and ask them if they will do the job. Why would you ask anyone else?

just killing time, but the post did lead me to a PM with a link to a company that does some NICE tv work, including lifts.

Oh yeah Newmar can probably do it. What I did with our 2000 DSDP was buy the lift, and TV. Then I found a good cabinet maker to make it all work. For them it's a piece of cake. The cabinet is behind a loveseat, and across from the two recliners I bought from LaZboy. It and our residential fridge are the best mods we've done to our home.
