I have a 2014 Baystar Sport 2903 with a heat pump and furnace being controlled by the Dometic CCC2 thermostat. I was cooling with the heat pump while on the generator and all of a sudden, the heat pump stopped. A quick check of the thermostat revealed no indications whatsoever so I began to take look at breakers and fuses to determine the cause.
All breakers and fuses tested fine and I used a multimeter to test the RJ11 connector that plugs into the rear of the thermostat and it has 12VDC present. Looking at Dometic thermostat maintenance guide, it appears that I'm also supposed to have a -12VDC present on the same connector but I haven't been able to find it anywhere from the thermostat to the control board on the heat pump, or the control board on the furnace, as tested from the access panel under the oven.
I'm currently on shore power with all the same indications and am looking for some direction on what to test or if my CCC2 is dead? Thank you all for your help.

It ended up being the thermostat as I originally thought. $124.00 and a 120 mile drive and we're back up and running! Hopefully this can help someone else in the future as I've learned quite a bit about this system.
