Dometic Freezer CF-80 Not Working, Showing Error "ERR2"

My Dometic Freezer CF-80 in compartment will power on, but not working, showing "ERR2". Tried everything...fuse checks good, pulled 12V and 110 cords, and tried each independently...nothing changes. Extremely frustrating not being able to learn anything online. Have yet to call local appliance repair shops...that will be my next step, if no success here. Would much appreciate any help I can get on this forum. Larry

RodB...Thanks for taking the time. What you sent is the most I have found on the internet. Action to take: Refer the problem to an authorized repair center. I figured, surely, someone here has experienced this very problem and had the expertise, etc., to resolve it. I'll try my local shops Monday. Thanks, again. Larry
