Dometic Master Flush

We own a 2014 Newmar Ventana with 1 and 1/2 bath. The Dometic Master Flush in the full bath has, on more than one occasion, had brown water backed up in the bowl when we stopped for the night. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you fix the problem? We are on the road and if no one has experienced this, I will contact Customer Service next week.
Thanks

We have experienced a similar happening when we use the "small" flush and I believe that all the solids aren't pushed completely into the black tank. JMHO

Guess you know what that "brown" is. . If you have your water setting too low, relative to the amount of water it needs to move everything down along the discharge line, it will back up a bit. My advice is to push the left side of the flush pad BEFORE flushing to add a bit more water...then flush.

Are you using the "low" water setting?
