Dometic NDR1062 Frig not working

Took my 2004 Dutchstar out of storage yesterday to prep it for a trip. Couldn't get the Dometic NDR1062 frig to cool down using either electric power or gas settings. Removed the outer vent/door to access the back of the frig and check fuses, electrical heating element and if the propane was really working. All fuses were ok and the propane was firing. However I found a mound (about 1.5 inches high) of a granular material, greenish-yellow in color just outside the propane entrance to the boiler area. Cleaned it away (sorry, didn't take a picture). After 3 hours the refrig was still not cooling down. I shut everything down.
I believe the ammonia may have leaked out. Also maybe the granular material is an indication of the ammonia loss.
Any thoughts on this and ideas on anything I should check out or try would be appreciated.

Sorry but that is dried sodium chromate (rust inhibitor in the coolant solution).
Cooling unit has cracked open most likely next to electric element holders

Cooling unit is TOAST....

**Side note:
Sodium Chromate is toxic. Should have been worked wet with gloves, mask, eye protection
Thoroughly clean any clothing used
