Dometic Penguin II 12V fuse location?

My thermostat is reporting no communication for Zone 1 and 3. I'm wondering where the 12v fuses for the Penguin IIs are located on a 2016 Dutch Star 4369. I don't see any fuses labeled in the 12v bay front bay or the 12v schematic in the power bay.

I thought I had a schematic for the mid bath 12v block but I can't find it. If any one has the diagram and can share it to me I'd appreciate it.

12V fuse is in half bath. The one fuse controls all three units, so I doubt that’s your problem.

There are fuses on the circuit boards in the a/c roof units.
It’s probably not the fuses though, if your system uses rg6 phone jacks and cables the communication error may be caused by corrosion on the cable ends, many posts about this on the forum. Mine was that way. PM me your phone # and I can probably point in the right direction.

Thank you. I'll confirm I've got 12v to the circuit board. If I do then that likely means that the circuit boards are shot? Weird they'd both go at the same time.

Do you have a schematic for that fuse block?

There’s a label on the inside of the cabinet door which shows the purpose of each fuse.

Hmmm, nothing on the inside of my doors. Newmar must have forgotten to adhere it.

Have you tried the quick fix? Turn off the switch by the door for 12v (salesman switch) leave it off for 15+ seconds then turn back on. That's one of the first steps when you have communication issues with the control board. Sometimes we forget this step, I know I have a couple of times.

Communication is more likely the RJ6 cable…it daisy chains…from control board to control board and then into the thermostat. The fact your thermostat is displaying anything means the fuse is good.

So, you have one control board in each rooftop unit and one in the basement next to the ME-AGS. Check the cable connections that look like phone wiring. Unplug clean, replug. Do this with the salesman switch in store position.

When you restore power see if it is talking, if not reference the relearn procedure in the manual. It is a button press method of making the thermostat query the network to find what is in the network. It reads the board configuration as set by the dip switches. They tell the thermostat if you have furnace, heat, pump, air conditioning, #1, #2, etc… and AGS. (Only on the basement control board).
