Dometic Toilet - Red light preventing flush- tank is empty

So today we encountered this red light/toilet won't flush issue... Disconnected the 75% and the 100% lines from the KIB board and red light is still on.. One thing I noticed is that when the 75% line is plugged into the KIB, a green light comes on.. when the 100% line is plugged into the KIB, no green light will come on... any ideas on how we can get these toilets flushing??

this thead was what I referenced as well as spoke to a tech at the dealer...

any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Some of the pictures in the other post were mine and pulling the small yellow wire is what worked for me and many others. Does your KIB board look the same? Did you pull the smaller of the two yellow wires? The larger yellow wire disconnects the board and monitor panel. Did you try a resetby disconnecting the 12v power?

Yes. Disconnected the small yellow and small red lines. Also tried turning off the house and chassis batteries for 5 min and restarting. Same outcome.

The red light is not part of the KIB sensor system. It is a fail safe float from Dometic that’s installed inside the tank. Fill and flush your tank with 42 gallon of water…if red light is still on, access the black tank TOP and use a rubber mallet to dislodge the float….when green light appears put 1 cup of Dawn down the toilet and fill with 42 gallons….let it stand for 1 hour…flush

issue seems to be with the wire harness that bridges the 1/2 and full bath dometic modules together.. I disconnected the wire at the the rear bath toilet module and the red light went away..... found the module for the 1/2 bath behind the trim piece over the outdoor tv area (which on some coaches is where a peg board is mounted). disconnected that yellow wire and now both toilets are flushing..

the KIB sensors on the Super Star 4051 is mounted to the outside of the tank based on info I received from Newmar this morning...

here are the photos of the KIB module (located in bay 3 on the door side) and the dometic controller for the 1/2 bath (located behind the outdoor TV/have to remove the plastic trim over tv)
