Dometic Weather Pro Awning & 08 Kountry Star

Both door awning and patio awning will not extend, I have power at control panel but not at the ignition power pin. Ignition key is in the off position. Where does that power come from?? How do I restore power thru that wire to the control panel?

Hi walkingplow,
Our coaches should be similar. I do not understand what control panel you are referring to, but check these items:
1. There is a main 12 VDC fuse buss (in the water closet?) usually next to the 120 VAC breaker box. The fuse for the awnings is on the DC fuse buss. The most lower left fuse is my best guess. Check to ensure this fuse is good.
2. Determine if you have power at the wall switch for each awning.

There is nothing else in the circuit except wiring connections at the awnings, switches, etc.

In the previous post I forgot to mention the coach batteries need to be fully charged for the awnings to work properly.
