Well he did leave the slide out while aired up, and before deploying the jacks. I bet his fuel mileage suffers a bit[emoji6]............absolutely crazy![emoji51]

How do you not see that in the right side mirror? I wonder if it wouldn't retract?

We saw a coach the other day with a bedroom slide extended, rolling down the freeway. I assumed the slide had malfunctioned and they were aware. Later we saw them pulling onto the roadway after evidently pulling over - now with the slide retracted.

Looks like he has tied down the topper. I'm guessing it wouldn't retract, and he decided to go for it.

Thank God I haven't made this mistake yet but I do wonder, wouldn't there be a fail safe that doesn't allow the coach to be started, or put into gear, if a slide is out.
To tell on myself, I was going down the highway a few weeks back and heard a loud bang. I thought something fell over in a cabinet or the fridge. A few minutes later a pickup truck pulls up to me on the passenger side and blows his horn. I look at the side mirror and low and behold the outside tv cabinet door was up and the tv, on a new swivel mount that I installed the weekend before, was flopping in the wind.
Couldn't believe nothing was bent or broke. Sure glad I put a few extra screws in the tv mount. Another case of the Good Lord looking after me.

WOW. My coach will not go into gear if a slide is not in. But it does have a bypass switch.

Once carried the TV outside but that was when we were parked in the MIL front yard.
