Door lock inoperative

I have a 2014 DSDP and the keyless pad for the entrance door has worked great until 2 days ago when it quit. I cleaned the contacts and it started working and worked for 2 days and now it will not operate the door lock at all. It works the bay locks just fine and the fuse looks good. Any suggestions on what to check would be appreciated. It has the 4 pin contact for the door.

We had issues with our door lock too-- turned out that the wires going to the lock were too short and would occasionally make contact and work , but most of the time, no contact and the lock didn't work -- extending the wires solved that . It was done by the dealer under warrantee
