Door window replacement
Well after 8 years of ownership I finally did it, forgot to run my Door awning in and it busted out the door window.
I have already ordered a new window, now the question is…
Can I replace this myself or will it need to go to the shop.
Any help guidance would be great !
I will fix the awning looks like the rear arm came off the track the rest works…..

It's the same as the other windows in the coach. You need to remove all the square head screws on the inside. Along the top exterior edge of the window and an inch or two down the side, they used silicone to prevent water leaks. You'll need to cut that free. Use a razor blade on the glass side of the silicone since the glass is getting replaced. Once the window is out, you can clean off the old silicone from the body/paint.
They use a window installation tape, versus the old days when they used putty. If you ordered the window, make sure it comes with a roll of the tape.
The hardest part will be getting the old window to break free from the exterior wall. It may require some plastic pry bars to get it loose.
When you install the new one, test fit it first to make sure it clears the opening. Once you know it fits, add the new tape and set it in. You may want a helper or use some Gorilla tape to hold it in place while you start the screws on the inside. Tighten the screws in a circular pattern, a little at a time, so as not to tweak the frame or overtighten one side.
Once installed, take some blue painter's tape and place it on the fiberglass directly behind the edge of the new window. You'll be placing the tape where you removed the old silicone. Follow the arc of the window corners with the blue tape and continue down both sides of the window a couple of inches. The purpose of the tape is to create a clean silicone line.
Use clear exterior silicone and place a bead in behind the window edge and the blue tape. Smooth with your finger, sealing the upper edge of the window. Once done, carefully pull off the blue tape for a clean silicone line.
