Dreaded slide out problem Will not extend

So today I decided to check the slide out motor bolts. on the passage side slide I found a couple bolts that were in need of tightening ever so slightly. These were the four bolts on the back of the motor housing picture 3. However on the four bolts on the forward motor housing bracket there were a couple bolts that were definitely loose and needed tightening. In fact if you look at the pictures you can see where the bolts appear to move moved in the slotted bracket. There also seems to be some wear on one of the bolt heads. Well I tightened all those bolts up snug.

Now when I try to move the slide out out it goes no where!. I had the slide out just about all the way in when I tightened the bolts and I able to bring the slide out in all the way. When I hit the switch to bring the slide in I can hear the motor engage but hear no electrical engagement when activating the out on the switch.

I though it would have been a fuse but there are three passenger side slide out circuit breakers which should be automatically reset if the tripped.

Might try losing the bolts and see if that gets it to work. Another suggestion would be to move the motor back to the position were the paint marks show the position it was.

Usually when something like that happens to me, it's because of what I just did to fix something else. It's a talent I've been honing for decades. So I always go back over the job looking for a reason. Did I break a wire? Did I lose a frame ground when I tightened something? Is something mechanical bound up? Did I close the cat in the wall?

Have you checked to see if you're getting juice to the motor when you push the "out" button?

Tom, I did loosen the bolts to no avail. I have no idea how to move that motor on the bracket. Those marks could be from the original construction and a slide out tune up for all I know. I think it will be a call to Newmar in the morning.

As was previously mentioned I too am one of those guys that seems to have to do all projects twice to correct what I messed up the 1st time. Just call me two times Steve. Oh well we are not planning on going anywhere anyway.
