Driver Seat Belt Buckle on Backwards

Anyone know the secret to flipping a seat belt buckle that is on backwards causing the belt to be twisted when buckling?

What part is backwards...the lap or shoulder?

You might straighten the lap portion and then pull out the shoulder portion and see which way it needs to roll. Fold and feed through the retainer.

The retainer/buckle needs to be flipped. It was put on the belt backwards. The passenger seat retainer is attached correctly. I see no way to remove the buckle from the belt in order to turn it over.

Driver Seat Belt Buckle on Backwards

Sugaree .... go to google and search “how to fix backwards seat belt buckle”. There are several videos there— a couple minutes each— explaining how it’s done. Easy beans.

Just twist the belt over on itself and work it through the buckle. It takes a bit of fiddling but the process is straightforward and only takes a few minutes.

Mine are just bolted to the seat frame. Remove the bolt, flip the belt, reinstall the bolt. Nothing to it.
