Driver side window seal wipe replacement

I recently acquired a 2007 Mountain Aire. I want to replace the seal wipe at the bottom of the driver electric window. I would like to know if this can be done simply by removing the outside bottom screws or if it has to be done from the inside. The problem with the inside scenario is that the window does not go down enough to get access to the screws holding the window seal wipe. Any ideas on the proper way to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
