Drivers Slide inop 2006 MADP

2006 Mountain Aire Drivers Forward slide when operating lock arms release and then come right back out. I did switch modules to rule out module failure only to get same result. Bottom of slide is out about an inch top is flush. Is there a way to manually operate it out then back? Was trying to find a schematic to maybe jump pins at module. I appreciate feedback. Thanks

Yes the locking arms can be opened and closed by using a jumper wire to different contact points on controler. Don't have the location of ocntact points on controler but if you do a search you should beable to get that info.

Mine will occasionally do this. I end up wiping the contact and the screw, then it works. Don't know if this is your problem or something different going on.

Thanks for help do you have a location on the contact? I’m assuming the screw is the mechanism that pushes out and retracts the slide. Thank you again for help

I'm dealing with similar issue, right slide I have to do twice and goes out, always comes in on one push, left slide I've found pushing in the center of the switch will cause it to go out on first try. If I just push switch gently, will have same issue. I'd love to clean switches in inverter but still learning and not going in over my head. Having aqua hot serviced and having tech look at it.

If you look up where the lock arm comes out, there is a screw on the lock arm. The head makes contact with the switch located in the pocket of the lockarm.

I you have the intellitec system with voice then you can go to the module and there is an adjustment pot on the board. Just take a very small screwdriver and turn 1/16 of a turn to the left. My boards tend to get dirty at the pot and tweaking the pot seems to correct it for a while. Turning counter clockwise will increase the pressure and turning clockwise decreases. The board senses current draw to learn when to stop. That pot controls the current draw sensor. If it got a little dirty then you will get exactly what you are describing.
