I stopped by the first week of August last year and stayed in the overflow lot (about 10 empty spots). Put my name on the waiting list and they called me 2 days later for the next day.

You are right , it was the controllers, but our bedroom slide out motor was bad and we had to replace the whole motor. We knew from the beginning that it wasn't good, but they kept saying it just needed to be adjusted. Needless, to say, it all got taken care of and it's working great now. I bet you will probably be able to get in, with a little wait time, but I would call ahead and see what they tell you.

We did a drop-in last September. We had a service appointment in August to resolve a number of warranty issues. As it turned out, 2 of the items that were worked on did not get fixed. 3 to 4 weeks later we returned after a visit to Spartan for service to see if we could get the 2 items resolved and by then had 2 additional items as well. We stayed in overflow and within 2 days Newmar worked us in. Great service by Newmar as all 4 items were taken care of. Their Service department employees are great as far as I'm concerned.

Ken hello, was it your sense that the reason you got in so fast was that they were doing repeat work or just working off the list? Did you get a sense of how many were on the list?
Thanks
Ray

Hi Ray,
I'm sure the repeat issues helped since 1 was safety related (drivers windshield wiper).
I don't know how many others, if any we drop-ins while we were there.

Back around May 5th a gentleman showed up in the overflow lot next to us. He didn't have an appointment, but wanted to get on the waiting list. He left on May 8 because they couldn't work him in.
Call ahead to customer service to check on it.
