DS 4310 front bath sliding door

Anyone else that has the DS4310 model have issues with front bath sliding door catching in wall? Ours is to the point you canít completely close it when using or you risk the chance of being stuck inside.

Is it hanging on track at top and nothing was pushed into the gap at bottom of door.
Using flashlight at both top and bottom of door make sure track continues at top no brakes and door guides bottom are not loose.

Iíll look, itís as almost the walls on each side are too close together. This has been going on since we got it but progressively is getting worse. At factory 2 years ago the tech attempted to manually pull on wall to pull it away from door but that didnít last long...

We have had next to zero issues since delivery 2 1/2 years ago but this issue keeps creeping up & now getting worse

Sounds like walls a swelling and binding the door from humidity if your in it. Do walls scrap your door sides if that tight? Is pocket door wall same width as wall it butts into? Have a picture?

We had the same issue with our back bath door. At the factory, they filed the wall down to fix it. They also refinished the door because it was so scratched.

Yea Iím thinking itís a factory repair. We live about 4 hours away from the factory during the summer so I think Iíll be making an appointment for next summer once we are back up there.
