The table is not fully retracted at 30 inches. There must still be something restricting travel.

Oh I know it is not fully retracted, that is what i have been trying to figure out, I think it is the stop that you were talking about, thanks for all the help.

If you have any reason to be in the Houston area I would be happy to take a look at the table. I think it may be fixed pretty easily.

I really appreciate the offer, I think I may get off my duff and get out there tomorrow and see if i can fix it, not much of a handy man but this sitting in the house for over a week is about to wear me out, now we are snowed in, great.
