Dutch Star - Converting Booth to Lowering Table for Bed?

I'm curious if anyone has converted the booth setup on a Dutch Star into a table that lowers so that the booth can be converted to a bed for kids. I know other models or other brands have this capability, so I assume there may be aftermarket fails that make this possible, but figured this was the place to ask.

Possibly I misunderstood your Posting, but I have a 2006 Dutch Star and the dinette table does fold down and with the use of the cushions, forms a single bed. I use this quite often and everyone states that it is very comfortable. If I mis-read your posting, I apologize.

I thought that was part of the reason to have the booth in the 1st place. Don't most of them already convert into a bed?

That's why I want the booth, but the 2015's have a fixed table that does not lower. I was surprised... And wondering is there is a kit that I can swap out so that it lowers. Being able to convert the booth to a bed is exactly why we prefer the booth over dinette.

I have seen two booth styles. The first one I found on a Ventana LE at Dylans RV in New Jersey and is called a "Booth Dinette" . The second picture is the "Euro Booth" on a Dutch Star 4369 at Berryland Campers in Louisiana.

I know you can get the "Euro Booth" for the Dutch Star as you indicated but the "Booth Dinette" would be a custom order item. Newmar is pretty good about this type of thing. If you are going to order a coach then my guess is you can get the Booth Dinette because it is offered on the Ventana however. You would first need to contact Michelle Howard at Newmar to confirm.
